What “crew-hours” means

One combined crew-hour is one field professional working for one hour. These approximate hours are the current production allocation—not hourly billing or a guaranteed daily staffing schedule. Staffing and actual hours may vary without changing the fixed project price.

One complete fixed-price package

Line allocations explain how OCPS planned the complete project. They are not standalone offers, hourly charges, or automatic removal credits. Work outside the written scope requires approval before it begins.

Here’s how we’ll prepare and paint your home.

Four controlled phases take the project from approved samples through the final walkthrough.

Phase 02

Protect first, then prepare by condition

We organize work zones, mask adjacent surfaces, clean included surfaces, address compatible preparation items, and spot-prime where required.

What changed
Before

Light garage and roofline details produced a quieter, lower-contrast front elevation.

After

The darker roofline and garage finish created stronger definition while crisp light trim preserved balance.

The result was built in the preparation.

Three photographs from the same real project show the work before, during, and after the finish.
